Sisterhood is more than just a community of like-minded women of commons interests. To me, having true sisterhood means being able to defy the odds of societal stigmas.
For example, class, culture, race, religion, and beliefs can naturally create opposition amongst women.
However, a sisterhood can grant the opportunity for women of vast backgrounds to become accepting of what makes them different, identify values in that uniqueness, and come together in solidarity, on a united front to inspire change, while elevating themselves to achieve their full potential.”
